I'll stamp all over 'serious boxer' Paul - Joshua

Anthony Joshua and Jake Paul face-off

Anthony Joshua is set to fight Jake Paul in an eight round fight which will be broadcast in real-time on Netflix.

Briton Anthony Joshua said he will "dominate completely" the American and "break" his opponent as the combatants came face-to-face to publicize next month's heavyweight fight.

Former two-time world heavyweight champion Anthony Joshua faces YouTuber-turned-boxer Paul - in what is, theoretically, a massive disparity - at Miami Kaseya Center on December 19th.

Boxer's Mindset

"I will break his face and damage his physique. My goal is to show I'm superior," the British boxer, 35, said.

"I will dominate him completely. That's a fighter's mentality.

"I'm going to seriously aim to cause him pain. That's my goal."

Civil Interaction

In spite of these statements, a relaxed Joshua and internet personality Paul - usually known for his theatrics - exchanged pleasantries and remained civil with each other.

Jake Paul rather attacked former Joshua opponent Francis Ngannou and called him "ridiculous" after Ngannou declined a bout proposal.

Targeting Tyson Fury

Joshua, in the meantime, criticized UK opponent Fury - and declined a £1m bet 'Tyson Fury' states he will put on a victory for Paul.

"[Paul] outshines Fury - he's actually sitting here," Joshua stated.

"I give him credit for that."

Legitimate Fighter

In spite of stating he plans to damage his opponent, Joshua declined to comment unfavorably about his rival's boxing ability.

"Jake Paul is a serious fighter," he remarked.

Jake Paul's History

Paul - who initially became famous on the television network - has mostly fought MMA fighters or past-their-prime fighters since becoming pro.

He lost to British fighter Tommy Fury in last year.

Commercial Success

However, the inexperienced fighter continues to be one of boxing's largest financial successes, frequently receiving substantial financial rewards.

Prediction and Confidence

The 28-year-old predicted a KO victory in round four or five and asserted he would prevent the long-awaited Fury-Joshua bout, which is apparently in the works for two years from now.

"It's going to be myself against Tyson Fury next year," Jake Paul declared.

Physical Disparity

As both boxers participated in the traditional face-off, with their size difference evident, it emphasized just how unlikely this whole event is - and how remarkable it is that the match is actually going ahead.
