Iran is ready to restart nuclear negotiations with Washington as long as it is handled with "dignity" and "respect", Iran's top diplomat has stated.

The Iranian diplomat stated solely negotiations was effective, and shared recent overtures had originated from go-betweens to resume negotiations with the US government.
